Your Life 360 Coaching Package includes ten weeks of personal 1-on-1 attention as we do a deep dive and explore what matters most to you in your life. Are you happy? If you are ready to change things up in your life, if you are ready to face exactly what is holding you back head on (such as mental blocks, challenges, and your perspective of yourself and others, to name a few), this offering is for you.

A "Life 360 Assessment" is an assessment designed and personally catered for you. Years of research have shown us that social support, emotional support, and connectivity with other people are factors that are hugely influential on our well being. Some factors that drive well-being are: interpersonal wellness, community attunement, and occupational/life purpose awareness/fulfillment.

Connectivity with other people drives us as human beings. Who we surround ourselves with can interfere with or bring forth positive life expansion. Well-thought-out, authentic feedback/perspectives from the people who surround us is important for our growth. We can't see what others can see. We don't know what we don't know. We discover ourselves, we discover who we are, and how we show up through the eyes and experiences of others. We experience growth (sometimes painful) through our interactions with the people in our lives.

The Life 360 is an assessment designed to gather vulnerable reflections (in writing or personal interviews) directly from peers and colleagues who surround you. After thoughtful consideration, you choose who will participate in your Life 360. Some examples of areas that are discussed and explored through the eyes of your personal and work communities:

• Your level of community well-being
• Your level of occupational well-being
• Your level of emotional intelligence
• Your leadership potential

Answers to questions in your Life 360 are collected and summarized and presented to you in an anonymous manner in report form during one of our sessions.
